Meal Prep

For 6 deliciously prepped meals, the cost is $150 per week, The first weeks payment will be $200 to purchase all things needed for the meal prep. i.e.. ( containers sauces, cups and lids, etc).

For 12 deliciously prepped meal, the cost is $250 with the first payment being $300.

For 18 deliciously prepped meals, the cost is $350 per week with the first payment being $400

Meals will change weekly based upon the clients preferences. The meals are prepped for Monday through Saturday leaving Sunday for you to enjoy yet mindful.

Friday and Saturdays meals will be frozen on Monday and pulled out on Wednesday to thaw. To keep from going bad.
